About the Foundation
It all began in 2021
In 2021, as a group of experienced experts in the education sector with years of experience working at universities, we decided to bring a fresh perspective to the approach to learning. Practically our entire professional lives have been dedicated to designing study programs, managing universities, and supporting young people in acquiring competencies. We have witnessed significant changes—both technological and those related to the demands and needs of the job market. These changes sparked a profound reflection in us: do traditional education models truly prepare people for the challenges of the future?
This question grew within us as we increasingly observed that the job market was no longer valuing diplomas alone but began demanding real skills. We witnessed how technology, artificial intelligence, and digitalization were transforming both professional and educational realities. We met young people with immense potential but without the tools to fully harness it. We also saw universities struggling to adapt their offerings to new challenges—often too slowly, too conservatively, and too far removed from the realities of a rapidly changing world.
All of this became a catalyst for action.
We decided to create a space where education could be reimagined—practical, innovative, and closely aligned with professional realities. This was how the Foundation for Development, Education, and Technology was born, with the primary goal of supporting universities, students, and educational institutions in adapting to new challenges.
Our mission became not only identifying trends but also developing tools that empower the education of people ready for the future.
Since its inception, we have undertaken projects that combine innovation with practice: from designing modern study programs and implementing e-learning solutions to supporting universities in obtaining accreditations and improving the quality of education. Through our efforts, education has taken on a new role—not as a closed system, but as a dynamic, flexible tool for career and business development.
