Adriana managed a small private university as its director and later oversaw service departments at a university in Poznań, leading one of the most significant customer service transformations (for students and faculty) in the Polish education market.
Currently, she is a co-owner of a consulting firm, advising clients in management and supporting managers in developing leadership competencies. She also helps startups structure their business operations to prepare for scaling. Master of Engineering graduate from Wrocław University of Technology, specializing in Environmental Engineering with a focus on heating and refrigeration.
Professional Experience:
With over 25 years of experience as a manager in marketing and sales, Iwona has achieved significant milestones in her career:
Successfully introduced the first company-owned stores in Poland for a major heating technology company, implementing know-how in procedures, visual standards, and employee training.
Conducted coaching and mentoring for business owners and delivered sales training for their employees and collaborating installers.
Served as Marketing Director for one of the largest companies in the HVAC industry, where she developed strategies and led numerous B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
Expertise and Contributions:
Iwona possesses extensive, long-standing knowledge of the heating technology market and has been the creator of numerous innovative projects that have been successfully implemented and executed.
