Our study focused on the excessive and addictive use of electronic devices by children aged 1 to 15 years. Based on the findings, we developed recommendations and guidelines for parents and educators to help mitigate the risks associated with digital overuse.

Quantitative Research on Future Skills in the Age of AI
A survey conducted on 1,680 respondents (students, teachers, lecturers, and business representatives) used the CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) method to analyze the most critical skills for the future, including:
Critical thinking
Team collaboration
AI literacy
Adaptability to change
The study revealed an increasing demand for digital and adaptive skills and highlighted discrepancies between students’ self-assessment and teachers’ and employers’ evaluations. These findings were used to formulate recommendations for modifying educational curricula to better align with labor market demands and support the development of modern competencies.
